Julia Davis is a proven strategic leader with more than 20 years of diverse experience and expertise in the real estate and hospitality industries. After living in, and traveling to many places, she founded Consciously Rooted to bring experiential, hospitality and design home to Raleigh.

In addition to Consciously Rooted, Julia is Principal of Maslin Advisors, a boutique strategy consultancy providing her expertise to leadership teams of companies in the lifestyle real estate and hospitality sector.

She has an extensive background in real estate transactions, development and management, including the roles of  Chief Development Officer of the Americas for Soho House – responsible for the oversight and negotiation of Soho House & Co development deals in North and South America, Global Head of Real Estate Transactions at WeWork, and Director of Real Estate at Breather.
